ASPEN 2007 CONCERT

It was great to be with all our long-time friends and family again in Aspen. There are so many new friends we've met this year as well. The gathering continues to reveal, more and more, the love of John's music by people from all over the world. Two great concerts with an all star line up of guests and the best audience in town. As you can see from the pictures the band was amazing. This line-up has never happened before in the history of music. Jim Curry, James Burton, Jeff Burton, Jim Connor, Dick Kniss, Steve Weisberg, and a very special performance by John Stewart. As I write this the news media had just announced the passing of John Stewart. He was a great song writer and a good friend. He will remain in our lives through his music and words.  It is a cherished moment in time for me and the band to have performed with John Stewart in what would be his last time in Aspen as we paid tribute to his friend John Denver.
